Overhaul of the "Semihody" change facility

Chernobyl NPP industrial site. "Semihody" change facility (hereinafter referred to as CF), which includes: building No. 68 (men's CF), building No. 98 (women's CF) and transition halls (building No. 75) from these buildings to railway platforms.

I stage (survey work):

• implementation of engineering and geological surveys.

II stage (design works and expertise of the construction project):

• examination of existing enclosing structures of CF "Semihody" buildings followed by a report;
• development of project documentation (stage - detailed design);
• when developing the design documentation, take into account the approximate types of work, according to the schedule (Annex 9.2 to this work specification), which need to be specified at the stage of design and survey works;
• development and coordination with the Employer of facade finishes schedule of CF "Semihody" building (indicating the color of walls, doors, windows, metal structures, fire stairs, etc.);
• passing the construction project examination followed by (positive) expert report on project documentation review.

III stage (construction works, supervision):

construction works, namely:

• roof and wall heat insulation of CF "Semihody" buildings;
• partial replacement of windows and doors at CF "Semihody";
• arrangement of CF "Semihody" lighting protection;
• construction supervision of the project;
• support of the Employer in the course of facility acceptance in operation.
