Building of a warehouse complex with a site of preparation of raw materials for PJSC "Kiev paperboard plant" Obukhov, Kiev region

09.07.2012 was signed the package job contract for implementation of the project on building of a warehouse complex with a site of preparation of raw materials in Obukhov, Kiev region between PJSC "Kiev paperboard plant" and the corporation Ukrtransbud.

The structure of works of a warehouse complex building includes:

• building of a site of preparation of the raw materials intended for reception of paper for recycling - the basic raw materials of board-paper manufacture, its definitive sorting from alien subjects and very polluted paper with its subsequent pressing in bales and delivery to processing;
• building of a warehouse, intended for reception, storage and shipment of production of board-paper manufacture, as well as production of goffered package factory;
• building of 3 floor is administrative-amenity buildings. On the ground floor are located the office of a stockkeeper, heating and food intake room, technical premises, on the second and third floors - household premises;
• connection to power supply, water supply, sewage system networks;
• installation of system of water and air heating, forced-air and exhaust ventilation system;

• installation of systems of automatic fire fightingunit, automatic fire alarm and fire warning system;

• installation and assembly  of necessary illumination of all design premises.
