Corporation Ukrtransbud started construction of a restaurant complex with landscaping of the coastal area for the organized recreation on the bank of the river Desna – the project «Reconstruction of the existing non-residential administrative building with location of restaurant and addition of entrance lobbies and landscaping on the rented land parcel».

The concept involves reconstruction of the existing two-storey building for location of a bar and restaurant (136 seats) and reconstruction of one-story boxes for location of auxiliary domestic premises.

It is planned 5 basic functional zones of the complex:

1. Entrance lobby area (approach from the Shevchenko street with open parking for 10 cars, vestibule premise);
2. Restaurant space (restaurant in 2 levels and open terraces, area for outdoor events);
3. Terrace for taking sunbathes;
4. Beach area;
5. Utility zone.

Building completion is planned for December, 2014.
